Brooks Design-Build Corporation (BDBC) was founded in 1999 by Jonathan Brooks. We are a full service, residential design-build firm specializing in custom homes and remodels. Our service area is the greater Denver metro area, and most of Northern Colorado.

BDBC is recognized as a customer-needs driven, professional remodeling company that is dedicated to quality. We have a great deal of experience and expertise in all forms of construction. We are committed to total customer satisfaction and unquestionable integrity in our field. We put a great deal of importance on keeping our client’s best interest at heart, from design, to budgeting, and throughout the entire construction or remodeling process. Thanks to our many valued clients, we are honored to report that almost 70% of our new business comes from referrals to and from friends and family members.
