Brooks Design-Build Corporation (BDBC) was founded in 1999 by Jonathan Brooks. We are a full service, residential design-build firm specializing in custom homes and remodels. Our service area is the greater Denver metro area, and most of Northern Colorado.

BDBC is recognized as a customer-needs driven, professional remodeling company that is dedicated to quality. We have a great deal of experience and expertise in all forms of construction. We are committed to total customer satisfaction and unquestionable integrity in our field. We always keep the customer's best interest at heart.

Jonathan Brooks is a Graduate Master Builder (GMB), Certified Graduate Remodeler™ (CGR), a Certified Aging in Place Specialist (CAPS), and a Certified Green Professional (CGP). Jonathan is also an active member of the Twin Peaks Rotary Club in Longmont.

BDBC is a dedicated member of the Professional Remodeler's Council comprising a select group of 18 remodeling companies from all over the United States who help each other to build excellence in their companies. BDBC also belongs to the National Kitchen and Bath Association (NKBA), the National Association of Home Builders (NAHB), and the National Association of the Remodeling Industry (NARI).
